Nicolas is a successful entrepreneur and trusted advisor with a strong passion for disrupting established industries and business models.

He brings this unique combination of strategic and out-of-the-box-thinking, sound analysis, and an entrepreneurial can-do-and-getting things-done-spirit to these emerging industries in the crypto currency and blockchain space. As a founding partner of Digital Oxygen, he has successfully established a highly awarded digitalization consultancy, focusing on digital value proposition development and go-to-market.

Nicolas has a proven track record of bringing even the hardest projects to a commercial success across a broad range of industries: He has provided a wide range of investors worldwide with guidance for their investments - by thoroughly conducting commercial due diligences on their investment targets and their industries.

Lukas Pfeiffer

Managing Director

Lukas combines profound industry expertise and practical experience in crypto mining with extensive M&A strategy and project experience.

Being in crypto mining since 2017, Lukas can be considered a veteran of the young mining industry. He successfully built industrial-scale mining sites across multiple continents with more than 100 employees. Based on his background in M&A consulting and private equity investing, his focus has always been to connect crypto mining with the “traditional" world of finance.

Besides his track record of scaling mining companies, Lukas has successfully helped institutional investors from Europe and the US to enter the crypto world. In the crypto, telco, and data center industries, he has developed strategies that suit specific investor requirements and conducted due diligences on potential investment targets. So far, he helped bringing deals with a total volume of more than $2bn to a successful closing.
As enthusiast not only for mining, but also for DLT and DeFi, Lukas has built a worldwide network of institutional investors, crypto mining enthusiasts, and crypto experts and is in regular exchange with thought leaders of the industry.
